With this project about endangered species Trio Accanto will restart in October 2025 with the new pianist Stefan Wirth. Together with dramaturge Katinka Deecke we developed a songbook, that will be enlighted by a video work of Georg Lendorff. Ten compositions by ten different composers give a sonic body to ten endangered animals that we haven chosen together. The so contrasting live-worlds of these species are well reflected in the constrasting and different aesthetic standpoints of the composers.
